Stratasys J3 DentaJet

The Stratasys J3 DentaJet is a 3D printer designed specifically for small to medium dental labs and practices seeking to modernise and improve efficiency. Key features

Three printers in one: By giving you the ability to use three materials in a single job, the J3 DentaJet is like having three ordinary 3D printers in one. For example, you could combine a biocompatible surgical guide with a soft gingiva mask and an implant case.
Small size: Measuring just 651 x 661 x 774mm, the machine is small enough to fit unobtrusively in a dental lab, while maintaining a large enough print tray to be able to print multiple parts in one job.
Unattended operation: Very little operator intervention is required with this easy to operate machine, with minimal post-processing needed, few material changeovers and a set and forget approach.

Fast and accurate models

Three different build modes enable you to create multiple parts in a day without sacrificing quality. You could produce up to 64 crown and bridge models in 4 hours 24 minutes for example, or 37 aligner arches in 3 hours 13 minutes.

Many materials

The J3 DentaJet supports the major Stratasys Polyjet dental resins that have all been designed to be biocompatible. Six materials are supported at launch, such as Biocompatible Clear MED610, VeroGlaze MED 620 and the flexible, clear biocompatible MED625FLX.
