×Giving companies the speed and cost savings that metal additive manufacturing offers, for a fraction of the price of the competition is at the heart of what Xact Metal does. The new XM300G features Xact Metal’s largest build volume yet, using its most flexible platform so far. The standard build volume of 300 x 300 x 350mm can be upgraded to 300 x 300 x 450mm if you need to produce even larger parts, or several smaller parts simultaneously. This powder-bed fusion machine can be configured with single, dual or quad 400W or 700W lasers depending on your needs featuring overlapping print zones and an interchangeable build platform, resulting in faster print speeds.
With six different fibre laser configurations and two build volume sizes to choose from, the XM300G is flexible enough to meet your production requirements. Speak to us about the types of metal parts you want to produce, and we will guide you through all the different options and recommend a machine that meets your needs and budget.
The XM300G arrives with parameters set up for the most popular metal powders, such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and bronze. But if you have a specialist material you want to use, it is possible to configure the machine to use any metal powder, giving you complete manufacturing flexibility.
