Stratasys F190CR

Print stronger and stiffer parts with incredible accuracy using the Stratasys F190CR, part of the F123CR series. Supporting two materials that contain carbon fibre, ABS-CF10 and FDM Nylon-CF10, this hardened, composite-ready system is ideal for producing functional prototypes or jigs and fixtures. Built using the same reliable platform that powers other products in the F123 series, the machine will speed up production times so you can meet your deadlines, saving money along the way. High-strength composite parts manufactured on this machine can be used to replace components traditionally made from metal. You can also deploy its use strategically to supplement your existing manufacturing setup when speed, strength and repeatability are important.

Strength of carbon fibre

FDM Nylon-CF10 material combines a blended nylon polymer with 10% chopped carbon fibre, which enhances the material’s strength and rigidity. ABS-CF10 combines acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) with 10% of carbon fibre, helping to produce parts that are 50% stiffer and 15% stronger than when using the standard ABS material.

No specialist training

Thanks to a set of innovative technologies, there is no requirement to have a specialist technician to operate this machine. GrabCAD Print software makes it easy to use and monitor the machine with a minimal amount of training, while an inbuilt camera lets you monitor jobs from wherever you are in the world. Support for the MTConnect protocol helps you integrate this machine with the rest of your industry 4.0 smart factory.
