MASS PRODUCTION OF END-USE PARTS IN A DIVERSE RANGE OF MATERIALS

A vat of photopolymer is exposed to light from a UV projector, a process known as DLP (Digital Light Projection). The UV projector displays a pattern of light onto the build head area equal to a layer of the part where the exposed liquid polymer hardens, then the process is then repeated layer by layer until the parts are complete. With in-situ analytics combined with automatic pressure, separation force and temperature regulation to ensure the first part is the same as the last part.

DLP 3D printers

Origin One DLP machines are transformative 3D printers enabling mass production of end-use parts using a diverse range of high-performance materials. You can achieve industry-leading accuracy, consistency, detail and throughput with the P3 Programmable Photopolymerization technology.

Genera thinks about the entire additive manufacturing process, with its DLP printing and post-production machines optimised to increase repeatability, without creating unwanted mess.
