We keep your machines running
We pride ourselves on offering industry-leading levels of service to our customers.
Our engineers undergo extensive training to make sure they are familiar with every Stratasys additive manufacturing machine. Annual refreshers on each machine mean that we are always up to date with the latest developments.
Our commitment to continually invest in the development of our ten support engineers, together with their 80 years of combined experience, means you can rely on us to help you get the most out of your machine and resolve any issues you have quickly.
With the vast majority of repairs made in one site visit, we help you to keep any downtime to a minimum.
Stratasys service contracts
If you buy an additive manufacturing machine from us, we will support you with free telephone and email assistance for the life of that machine.
In addition, many of our customers prefer to maximise the uptime of their investment by taking a support contract with us. Stratasys machines are very reliable, but even the best technology can need the occasional repair.
With a service contract, you have complete certainty on your costs as you will never pay a penny more to repair the machine than the annual contract price.
You also get a priority response from us. We will endeavour to fix any issue within three days.
The option to use our 3D printing bureau at cost price while the issue is being fixed is normally available, keeping your production on track.
Our service contracts are fully backed by Stratasys. We only use genuine Stratasys parts, and we will replace any part that is broken in the machine.

"We bought our first 3D printer from Laser Lines in 2007 and have since added additional units, which have become essential equipment for our office. At every step of the way, Laser Lines supported us with sale, installation, technical and maintenance support. Any disruption to our production can cause delays, and the team at Laser Lines always go out of their way to help. They are my first call for products and technical knowledge."
