Stratasys F370CR

The Stratasys F123CR series of additive manufacturing machines is ideal for demanding applications that require stronger, stiffer parts with greater impact resistance. Using proven, reliable Stratasys Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) technology, the F370CR takes everything that makes the F370 the workhorse of the industry and hardens the platform, enabling it to process high performance, composite materials. FDM Nylon-CF10 is one of these materials, which combines nylon and carbon fibre to produce parts that are 50% stronger and 20% stiffer than the equivalent material on the other F123 series machines.

Key features

  • Top-of-the-range F123CR series model arrives ready to produce parts with Stratasys’s new nylon carbon fibre material.
  • The largest build volume of the entire F123CR series, measuring 355 x 254 x 355 mm.
  • Dual model and support material bays allow for extended running periods with minimal user intervention.
  • Choose from a large range of eight materials, including FDM Nylon-CF10 and a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
  • Excellent for applications such as prototyping, producing jigs and fixtures and short production runs.
  • Uses GrabCAD Print software to help you get the most from your machine, save time, set build parameters and monitor jobs remotely.
  • This machine has access to Stratasys’s open material platform, letting you use materials manufactured and validated by Stratasys, as well as certified materials produced by third parties.

FDM Nylon-CF10 material

With 10% of chopped carbon fibre and nylon, parts produced with FDM Nylon-CF10 on this machine are stronger and stiffer than ever. This helps keep parts lightweight while withstanding more abuse than other materials. It is perfect for creating jigs and fixtures, which it can do so much faster than when using traditional methods. FDM Nylon-CF10 is ideal for creating customised tools with the power and flexibility that additive manufacturing affords.

Reliable, repeatable, accurate

As the inventor of FDM, Stratasys has been refining the technology for decades, making it a safe choice for your production needs. With over 9,000 Stratasys F123 machines in use today, a recent study proves that these machines have a 99% repeatable, dimensional accuracy, with a 99% uptime. Support for the MTConnect protocol helps you integrate this machine with the rest of your industry 4.0 smart factory.
