MakerBot Tough
Tough by name, tough by nature: this material has twice the impact strength of ABS and supports 35 MPa tensile strength at yield and flexural modulus of 2600 MPa. As a result, finished parts retain their shape even in the most demanding scenarios. It is particularly suited to the production of snap fits and assemblies and prototyping. Available in four colours.

MakerBot Nylon
MakerBot Nylon is an engineering grade material, suited to use in demanding environments where temperatures reach a maximum 91°C and finished parts may be subject to abrasion and rubbing. It is frequently used in the production of industrial products and functional prototypes, gears, articulated parts, and snap fits. Available only in black.

MakerBot PETG
With excellent chemical resistance, PETG, available in black, natural, and red, has many specialist applications, including the production of containers for liquids, cooling tubes, protective guards and enclosures for electrical equipment. Its durable mechanical properties mean it can also be used for functional parts, manufacturing tools, and custom machine parts.

Jabil PETG ESD
Developed for use with the LABS Experimental Extruder, PETG ESD material minimises the build-up of electrostatic charge in finished parts. This reduces the likelihood of shocking and generating sparks, which can pose a safety risk in certain end-use scenarios. PETG ESD material demonstrates a careful balance of properties in XY and XYZ dimensions, and is both tough and durable.

Jabil SEBS 95A
When prototyping rubber and rubber-like parts, Jabil’s SEBS 95A material can accurately simulate a finished product. This soft material demonstrates elastic properties while remaining durable, allowing the completed part to stretch, flex, and bend in multiple directions. Like Jabil’s PETG ESD material, it is designed for use with the LABS Experimental Extruder.

Lehvoss Luvocom 3F PAHT 9825 NT
PAHT (Polyamide High Temperature) material is designed to withstand extreme temperatures – in this case up to 100°C – for use in demanding and unusual environments. Luvocom 3F filament is strong and suitable for use in damp or wet surroundings, as it absorbs water four times more slowly than PA6. Available only in ‘natural’ colour.
