Laser Lines showcases the Origin Two at Advanced Engineering
Visitors to Advanced Engineering at the NEC from 30-31st of October can witness industrial 3D printing precision, flexibility, and unmatched material performance with the Stratasys Origin Two, which will be on the Laser Lines stand, K132.
Combined with a broad range of high-performance materials in an open material system, Origin Two delivers the highest accuracy and smoothest surface finish of all resin technologies. It combines 38.5 μm pixel size and tight 2.5 standard deviation projector uniformity, to deliver accuracies up to +/-50 μm (selected applications) to +/-100 μm, consistently across builds and printers, without pixel-to-pixel light bleed.
Origin Two enables short production runs and on-demand manufacturing for applications that require superior quality and high part performance. Other key features include and XY and Z tolerance of up to +/-50 μm for validated applications and +/- 100 μm in general and a heated chamber that constantly controls the processing temperature up to 60°C. Offering short post-processing times, there is also no requirement for recalibration of build heads between prints or even across different printers.
Mark Tyrtania, Sales Director at Laser Lines, says: “We’re looking forward to the Advanced Engineering show and showcasing the Origin Two, which is a fantastic additive manufacturing machine that produces parts with an unsurpassed smooth finish. On the stand, we will have parts on show and the team will be on hand to answer questions and explain the technologies we work with further.”
