Next-level professional 3D modelling
VeroUltra and VeroUltraClear give designers professional, accurate and cost-effective models. With superior contrast, sharpness and a uniform finish, these materials can be used across a wide range of sectors to both speed up innovation and enable stakeholders to progress to the next design stage.
Held in high regard by 3D printing professionals, these materials give you opaque and transparent options.
VeroUltra
VeroUltra materials offer opaque colours with high colour accuracy, great contrast and clean colour separation. They are widely used for 3D prototypes and proof of concept work in precision industries, including medical and automotive settings. Able to simulate natural textures like wood, stone and leather, VeroUltra is versatile and can easily handle fine detail work such as labelling. They are available in the following variations:
- VeroUltra White (RGD825)
- VeroUltra Black (RGD865)
- VeroUltra WhiteS (RGD824)
- VeroUltra BlackS (RGD864)
VeroUltraClear
This transparent material is perfect for simulating glass, polymer and other clear materials. Able to replicate the effect of light on clear materials, VeroUltraClear can achieve up to 95% light transmission of the original material and a lower yellow index. This makes it a highly accurate material for prototyping. It can be used in conjunction with other members of the Vero material family to create complex prototypes that need to demonstrate transparency, opaqueness and colour. It is available as:
- VeroUltraClear (RGD820)
- VeroUltraClearS (RGD821)
Raise your prototype game
Prototyping in house saves considerable time and money at one of the most important points of your design project. Using 3D printing and the latest materials means you can create a prototype that is realistic in every sense – size, weight, colour, finish and feel. This allows you to check and test your design straight away, speeding up the process and getting your finished product into production and in the marketplace sooner.
